The
TRABANT series offers robust and stable presetters with highly precise
mechanics, expandable for each application and tool holder.
Maximum stability through body, cross slide and projector are achieved
through the use of vibration absorbing grey iron.
Thermal stability and long service life are gained through the precise
guiding systems that are ground directly in the base.
Quick and comfortable operation with pneumatic one-hand operation selectively
for both axes. The best measuring results are achieved through the cutting
edge scanning via high-quality profile projectors or operator-independent
image processing KELCH MEGAVISION.
Motor-driven slide adjustment by means of powerful stepping motors for
the X and Z axis with fast and slow motion, also CNC for fully automatic
measuring.
Highly precise positioning of up to 12 tool holders through integrated
rotary tables with Hirth gearing.
Exact and visual holding of tool tapers analogue to the processing machine
by means of highly precise toolholding spindles with patented rear clamping.
Measuring range from 270 mm to 1000 mm.
